This statement of data protection informs users of this web site about type, scope and purpose of collection and use of personally identifiable data by XPS Software GmbH the operator of this web site.

The web site operator takes protection of your personal data very seriously and treats your personal data extremely confidentially and always in accordance with legal requirements. Due to changing scope, continued development of this web site and due to the use of new technologies, changes to this statement of data protection may become necessary. We therefore suggest you reread this data protection statement periodically.

Access data

We, the web site operator and the web site provider respectively, have a legitimate interest in collecting data about access to our web site (see Article 6 Paragraph 1.f. GDPR). Affected data is stored in server logfiles residing on the server hosting the web site. The following data will be stored:

• Visited web site
• Timestamp of the access
• Amount of sent data in bytes
• Source/reference that redirected you to the web site
• Used internet browser
• Used operating system
• Used IP-address

Server logfiles are stored for a maximum of 7 days and are then deleted. Storage of data occurs only for security reasons e.g.: to be able to solve cases of abuse. Data kept for evidential reasons is therefore exempt from deletion until the incident is clarified and any action concluded.

XPS Software GmbH will not process your stored personal data electronically in any way nor pass it on to third parties.
